The cemetery is located on private property. Per Missouri Laws, if you ask politely you should be allowed access, but please do not trespass. (Trespassing is against the law.)

Brown - Newberry Family Cemetery is located around four miles NW of Rolla Missouri off Hwy 63. The 150 year old abandoned cemetery is in the middle of a cow pasture. All but two of the 12-16 graves have head and foot field stones. The other two white grave markers are inscribed with the names of a husband and wife George W. Brown and Mary Polly (Newberry) Brown. Speculation is that Cyrus and Sena Newberry of Howell County, MO, who froze to death near there in a wagon train, are buried there as well.
