Mr. James Roland Bradford, 72, died Sunday, November 30, 1997, at Farmington, Mo.
Born in Holland, Mo. on June 26, 1925, he was a son of the late Ed and Sarah Bradford.
A veteran of World War II, Mr. Bradford was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
He was united in marriage with Dorothy Mae Godsey on June 28, 1947.
Mr. Bradford leaves his wife, Dorothy Mae Bradford; Four children: Brenda Jo Whited of Crawfordsville, Ark., Dennis Gene Bradford and Jerry Roland Bradford, both of Fredericktown, Mo., and Lisa Gaye Jaggers of Marion, Ark.; Fourteen grandchildren; Four great-grandchildren; and Four brothers: C.R. "Doody" Bradford of Greenville, Miss., Pat Bradford of Cooter, Mo., Joe Bradford of Silva, Mo., and Chuck Bradford of Caruthersville, Mo.
Carl Cureton and Bobby Graham conducted funeral services for Mr. Bradford at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 2, 1997, at Follis-Sonderman Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
Burial was at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele, Mo., with Follis-Sonderman Funeral Home of Fredericktown in charge of arrangements.
