Charles F. Akins
WASHBURN, Mo. -- Charles Floyd Akins, 61, of Washburn died Nov. 4, 2006, at Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville. He was born Oct. 9, 1945, in Washburn to Johnny Akins and Maxine Foster. He attended Southwest High School in Washburn. He was a truck driver and attended First Baptist Church in Washburn.
Survivors include his wife, Janette Hilery Akins of Washburn; his mother of Washburn; one son, Chuck Akins and wife Lena of Washburn; one daughter, Lisa Serbolt and husband Michael of Washburn; six grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. today at Hickman Cemetery in Washburn with the Rev. Glenn Erwin officiating.
Arrangements are by White Funeral Home in Cassville, Mo.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Washburn.
