Graveside services for Gary Dale Kelly, 62, West Plains, will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 10, 2010 in the Veterans Section of Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Kelly died 1:45 a.m., Sunday, November 7, 2010 in NHC HealthCare. He was born December 11, 1947 at Onaga, Kansas to Dayton Dale and Vera Jean Moody Kelly. Mr. Kelly graduated from high school with the Class of 1965 and was a veteran having served with the United States Navy. He was employed at Invensy's and was a member of the AmVets.
He is survived by three children, Chris Kelly, Mike Kelly and John Kelly, all of the State of Illinois; one step-son, George Godoya, State of Illinois; his mother, Vera Jean Dickson and step-father, Bill Dickson, West Plains; one brother, Dennis Kelly, Lake Charles, Louisiana; four sisters, Sheila Planer, Springfield, Missouri, Joan Kelly, Kansas City, Kansas, Rebecca Wallace, Rogersville, Missouri and Jean Dickson, West Plains; and several nieces and nephews.
His father preceded him in death.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society and left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. (ozarkareanetwork.com, Nov. 8, 2010)
