John M. Wilson, 30, of Seligman, Mo., died Tuesday, Sept. 22, from injuries sustained in a car accident at Clarksville.

He was born April 1, 1962, at Kansas City, Kan., to Paul Wilson and Samantha Wilson. He lived in the Washburn, Mo., area most of his life. A Southwest High School graduate, he was employed as business manager at Curtis Mathes Retail Television at Rogers. He served in the U.S. Air Force during 1981-85. He was a member of Southside Church of Christ, Rogers, and a former member of North Street Church of Christ, Fayetteville.

Survivors are his wife, Beverly A. Fowler Wilson; two sons, John Marcus Wilson II of Garfield, and Spenser Davis Wilson of the home; his parents of Washburn, Mo.; a brother, Cecil Paul Wilson III of Bend, Ore.; and two sisters, Narissa Vanzandt of Seligman, and Sulinda Minnick of Washburn.

Graveside service is set for 2 p.m. Friday at Dent Cemetery with John Gay officiating under direction of Williamson Funeral Home, Cassville. Visitation is to be after 1 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Memorials may be made to Green Valley Bible Camp, c/o Southside Church of Christ, Rogers.
