Wesley Kyle Legg, 19, of Steele, died Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, at his home as a result of an accident.
Born Aug. 13, 1992 in Hayti, he is the son of Thomas and Angela Legg.
He was preceded in death by one nephew, Darren King.
Wesley was a life-long area resident, member of the Nunnery General Baptist Church in Denton, attended South Pemiscot High School, was a student at Arkansas Northeastern College and loved to hunt and fish.
Mr. Legg leaves his father, Thomas W. Legg and friend Debbie Haynes, of Steele; Mother, Angela Hicks Legg and friend Todd Taylor, of Steele; One sister, Pamela King, of Steele; His fiance, Nikki Harbison, of Steele; Grandparents: Lowell and Connie Legg and Edith and Jimmy Hicks, all of Steele; and A host of other family and friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Legg were held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 8 at the Holland Baptist Church with Rev. John Dunavant officiating.
Burial was at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele with Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Ark. in charge of services.
Pallbearers were Jake Privett, Colby Flanagan, Jason Galbraith, Joey White, Gary Raymer, Matt Taylor, Taylor Burnett and Daniel Bryan.
Honorary pallbearers were Seth Thomas, Delmar Dodd, Matt Carter and Casey Patrick.
