Michael “Mike” Joe Paul, 52, of Republic, Missouri, formerly of Willow Springs, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Mike was born in Ames, Iowa and moved to Willow Springs, Missouri in 1969 along with his parents and two sisters.
Mike graduated from Willow Springs High School. He held various jobs, mostly in his favorite field of technology. He was employed in this field in Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.
Mike is survived by his wife, Janice of Republic, Missouri; two sons, Brian of Springfield, Missouri and Brett of Festus, Missouri; one daughter, Rylin of the home; one stepson, Channing Peck of Springfield, Missouri; one stepdaughter, Cheyenne Peck of St.Charles, Missouri; two sisters, Deanna McNew of Willow Springs, Missouri and Paula West of Warrensburg, Missouri; and his parents, Rolland “Pig” and Donna Paul of Willow Springs, Missouri. Surviving also are many nieces and nephews.
Mike will be remembered as always being optimistic, having a friendly smile and caring for others, as shown by the donation of his organs to help others.
Mike will always be remembered as just being Mike.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at Yarber Mortuary, Willow Springs, Missouri with Pastor Marcus Allen officiating. Inurnment will be in Willow Springs City Cemetery, Willow Springs, Missouri. Memorial donations can be sent to Pomona Christian Church, 5040 County Road 1390, Pomona, Missouri 65789.
