Robert David Thomas, 55, of Matthews, Mo., formerly of Steele, died Oct. 21, 1993 at Sells Rest Home in Matthews. Born Jan. 30, 1938, he was the son of Thomas Cox and Ruby Werkhoven Thomas. He was employed at a sheltered workshop.
He is survived by a brother, Norman Thomas of Niles, Mich.; And three sisters, Velda Sue Gentillini of Buena, N.J., Pat Merrill of Ocean City, N.J., and Delia Akins of Steele.
Services were Oct. 24 at 2 p.m. at Bradshaw's German-Aumon Funeral Home chapel in Steele, with burial in Mitchell Number 8 Cemetery near Cooter.
