Kaitlin LeAnne Lawrence was born on August 15, 1994 in West Plains, Missouri to parents Tangela Collins Hayes and Robert Lawrence and entered into eternal rest on February 10, 2019 at the age of 24.
Kaitlin graduated from Kemp High School in 2012. She was a mother, daughter, sister and friend to many. Kaitlin was a social butterfly, who had a heart of gold. She was a good person, independent, intelligent and strong willed. Kaitlin was also an artist, she loved to draw and paint. One of her most favorite things to do was spend time with her son, Alex; they would play and build fort houses together. Kaitlin will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a wonderful young lady with a beautiful smile.
Kaitlin was preceded in death by her brother, Alex Dean Hayes and great-grandfather, Dallas Enoch Stubbs.
She is survived by her son, Alex Dion Gomez of Kemp, Texas; mother, Tangela Hayes of Kemp; father, Robert Lawrence and wife Janet Lawrence of Kemp; brother, Cody Lawrence of Kemp, two sisters, Katherine Sutton of Crandall, Texas and Ashton Upton of West Plains, Missouri; two nieces, Aspyn Sutton and Kennedy Sutton of Crandall; great-grandmother, Irene Stubbs; great-grandparents, Brian and Christine Lawrence of West Plains; as well as other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Yarber Mortuary chapel, Willow Springs, Missouri. Family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. prior to services, also at the funeral home. Interment will be in Howell Memorial Park Cemetery, Pomona under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Willow Springs. Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com.
