ADDIS - Funeral services for Charles E. Addis, 61 years old who died at 3:45 o'clock Sunday afternoon in a tent in which he lived at Lone Elm, will be conducted at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Gospel Workers' Mission in Smelter Hill. The Rev. Dow Booe, pastor, will be in charge. Burial will be in the Peace cemetery. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Edna Addis and one son. [Joplin Globe January 31, 1933]
