Torri Dawn Brady, age 46, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010, in Baptist Health Medical Center, Little Rock.
She was born March 26, 1964, in Beaver, Oklahoma and moved to Arkansas at a young age.
She received her elementary education in Gentry, Arkansas and graduated from Siloam Springs High School.
She received her Bachelors degree at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and two years of x-ray training at St. Vincent's Hospital in Little Rock.
In 1986, she moved from Conway, Arkansas to Little Rock where she worked at Baptist Health Medical Center as an ultrasound technician supervisor.
She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Little Rock, where she sang in the adult choir and was leader of the children's choir.
Her love of cats was exhibited by volunteering with the Furr Organization – Animal Rescue.
Some of her favorite past times were shopping, crafting, handwork and all kinds of art, but her greatest joys in life were her nieces, nephews and especially her great nieces and nephews.
Surviving relatives are her mother and step-father, Norma and Homer Dutton of Shell Knob, Missouri; two sisters, Teresa Thompson and her husband, Danny of Rogers, Arkansas and Tonya Painter of Shell Knob; six nieces and nephews, Nicole Burke, Cory Burke, Whitney Painter, Crystal Latham, Shaun Latham and Stephanie Henderson and six great nieces and nephews, Felisha Latham, Ethan Latham, Natalie Burke, Vanessa Latham, Addison Latham and Brannon Burke.
Preceding her in death were grandparents; her loving dad, Ovet Brady and a great niece, Sofia Burke.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 12, 2010, in Lohmer Full Gospel Church, Shell Knob, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob. Reverend Don Wilburn will conduct the services.
Burial will be in McGuire Cemetery, Viola, Missouri.
