Hazel Maxine Cook
(November 5, 1935 - December 21, 2012)

A Celebration of Life Service for Hazel Maxine Cook age 77 of Cassville, Missouri will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday December 29, 2012 at the Church of Christ in Exeter, Missouri. Arrangements and cremation were under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson, Mo.

She died December 21, 2012 in Tablerock Health Care Center in Kimberling City, Missouri.

She was born on November 5, 1935 in Neosho, Missouri the daughter of Paul Pearson and Josephine Carbone. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors are two children, Dusta Cook of Ridgedale, Missouri and Charles E. Cook Jr. of Nixa and a sister Betty Grabber of Springfield, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gene Cook, two brothers, Benny Pearson and Tom Pearson and one sister, Mary Utter-Nelson.
