The original Joseph Philibert family graves were located on his land, now under Table Rock Lake. Their graves and 19 other cemeteries were moved to this location after this land was purchased in September 1956.
I have in my possession copies of several newspaper articles from the Springfield Missouri Leader & Press dated:

NOTE: Joseph Philibert & Peninah Yoachum were my husbands' GGG-grandparents.
