Ricky E. Kimbrough was born September 12, 1962 at Gardner Kansas to Darrel Kimbrough and Eva "Louise" Lewis Kimbrough. He would soon be joined by a younger brother, Bobby Kimbrough. Rick Kimbrough graduated from East Newton High School, Granby Missouri in 1981. He was a welder in trade and at the time of his death had three sons: Caleb, Blake and Curtis. His maternal grandparents were Lester Lewis and Opal Brock Lewis and paternal grandmother Gladys Sanders all surviving. His parents and brother also survived him. He was buried in Hazelgreen cemetery, Boulder City, Missouri on April 8 1997. His death was ruled a homicide and the ones responsible are serving their time in prison.
