B. Pauline Darity, 83, Granby, died at 8:20 pm, Sunday, Dec. 23, 2007 at Freeman Neosho Hospital, following an illness, since Sept. 2007. Pauline was born Dec. 10, 1924 in Eureka Springs, AR, the daughter of LeRoy and Charlotte (Amburg) Davison. She graduated from Granby High School in 1942 and had resided in the Granby area since 1959. Pauline was a homemaker, had been active in the Neosho Area Widow to Widow and was an active member of Sweetwater Baptist Church, where she was a prayer warrior. She married Louie H. Darity on Feb. 23, 1926 and he preceded her in death on Feb. 22, 1985. She is survived by three daughters, Louise Besaw, Granby; Linda Darity, Russellview, MO and Teresa Keaton, Duenweg, MO; two grandchildren, Louie Rader and Shelley Colvard; four great grandchildren; three brothers, Charles Davison, CA; Jack Davison and Gene Davison, Neosho; six sisters, Mae Oehring, Jefferson City, MO; Agnes Davis, Ada, OK; Pearl McCleary, Neosho; Virginia Akehurst, Granby; Jeanette Burgess, Neosho and Wilma Madewell, Verona, MO. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Kathleen Davison and a brother, Billy Davison.
