Charles is actually buried in an unmarked grave immediately next to his brother Bob. Charles was with Bob when he killed Jesse James. fter a period of deep depression following James' death and terminally ill from tuberculosis and a debilitating morphine addiction, Charles Ford committed suicide in Richmond.
