Forrest Dean Gibbs, 79, passed away Sept. 4, 2010, of natural causes in St. Francis Hospital Hospice Care in Tulsa, Okla. He was born on June 19, 1931, in Ozark, to John Robert and Mary Olive (Maples) Gibbs. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as four brothers and three sisters: Fern Lucille, Verna (Andrus), John Junior, Jane Geneva (Johnston), Earl Dale, Jesse Theodore; and Willie Leon.
