Nathan Dale Brammer, 9, son of Dale Brammer and Velma Marlene Mings, was born May 13, 1986, at Mayfield, Ky. He died Nov. 3, 1995, in an automobile accident near Summersville. Mr. Brammer was a third grader at Summmersville Elementary and a member of the Ozark Baptist Church near Houston, where he was a member of the Royal Ambassadors. He was also active in the Mighty Mights ball team at Houston. He was preceded in death by his sister, Christy, who died in the same accident; and by his grandfather, Terry Mings. Surviving are his father of Mt. Pleasant, NC; his mother of Tyrone; his stepfather, Leslie D. Younger of Tyrone; his paternal grandmother, Mary Strickland of Mt. Pleasant, N.C.; and paternal grandparents, John and Judy Brammer of Houston; maternal grandmother, Lois Mings of Houston; and great-grandmother, Hazel Postlewait of Bucyrus. Joint services with his sister were Nov. 7 at the Summersville High School gymnasium with Winston Burton officiating Burial was in the Nagle Cemetery near Tyrone under the direction of Bradford Funeral Home at Summersville.

Christy Lynn Mings Younger, 16, daughter of Leslie D. Younger and Velma Marlene Mings, was born Nov. 21, 1978, at Houston. She died Nov. 3, 1995, in an automobile accident near Summersville. She was a junior at Summersville High School and was active in the Future Farmers of America chapter. For the last three years, she won the FFA fruit sales contest. She was also active in the Summersville band flag squad and the Drama Club. She worked at Christy's County Store at Tyrone. Miss Younger was preceded in death by a brother, Nathan Brammer, who also died in the same accident. Surviving are her parents of Tyrone; a half brother and sister, Toni and Terri Hancock of Ellis Prairie; maternal grandmother, Lois Mings of Houston; paternal grandparents, William and Janet Younger of Willow Springs; and great-grandmother, Hazel Postlewait of Bucyrus. Services were Nov. 7 at the Summersville High School gymnasium with Winston Burton officiating. Burial was in the Nagle Cemetery under the direction of Bradford Funeral Home of Summersville.
