Mrs. Julia Frances Kinningham, 54 years of age, of Wardell, died at the Wall Hospital in Blytheville, Monday evening, June 30, at 6 o'clock, following an attack of apoplexy. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock by the Rev. Denton M. Neal at the Church of Christ at Wardell. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery at Steele.
Mrs. Kinningham was born in Booneville, Miss., Feb. 13, 1887.

Mrs. Julia Frances Kinninghan, 53, of Wardell, died of apoplexy Monday night at Walls Hospital in Blytheville. She underwent a major operation Monday of last week.
Mrs. Kinningham was well known in and around Steele, as the family resided here several years prior to moving to near Wardell seven or eight years ago.
She was born in Boonville, Miss., on February 13, 1999. She was married to John Franklin Kinningham in Mississippi and to this union were born five children who survive their mother. Their father passed away in 1917, and the family moved to Missouri in 1923. Mrs. Kinningham was later married to Wm. Ira Kinningham, and two children, Roy Patrick and Troy Edward, were born to this union. Mr. Kinningham died in March 1937.
The Kinningham family have long been associated with farming interests in this community and later at Wardell. They were prominent in civic and church affairs of both communities. Mrs. Kinningham was a member opf the Church of Christ.
Mrs. Kinningham is survived by five sons, J.R. Kinningham of Steele, S.C. Kinningham of Jacksonville, Texas, Frank Kinningham of St. Louis, and Roy and Troy of Wardell; and two daughters, Mrs. Orville Bishop anbd Byron Weaver of Steele. Two brothers, Claud and Steve Crawford also survives.
Funeral services were held from the Church of Christ in Wardell at 10:00 o'clock Wednesday morning, conducted by Elder Denton M. Neal of Blytheville. Interment was made in the Mount Zion Cemetery with short services conducted at the grave at 11:30 o'clock.
