Jerry Allen Monday, 64, of Creston, entered rest on Thursday August 2, 2012 at Creston Nursing and Rehab in Creston, Iowa. Monday was born on April 25, 1948 in Maryville, MO to Denzil Duane and Doris June (Miller) Monday. On February 18, 1978, Jerry was united in marriage with Lois Marie McNichols at the Methodist Church in Creston. Monday is preceded in death by his father, Denzil Monday, maternal grandparents Alva and Clella Miller, and paternal grandparents Andrew and Lula Monday, in-laws, Paul and Gladys McNichols, and one grandson Travis Vanderpluym.
