PINEVILLE HERALD, Pineville Mo., July 11, 1913: Ora Joslin has been very sick the past week with typhoid fever.

PINEVILLE HERALD, Pineville Mo., June 5, 1914: Death of Ora Joslin. Died, at his home in Pineville, Saturday, May 30, 1914, at 3:30 a.m. after many months of suffering Ora F. Joslin, aged 42 years, 2 months, and 14 days. He was born March 16, 1872, near Carthage, Mo., and removed from there to Pineville when an infant. He was united in marriage with Miss Minnie Branscum March 14, 1897. He leaves his devoted wife and six children - three daughters: Goldia, Blanche, and Thelma, three sons: Orval, Herbert and Howard, a father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Joslin, two brothers, Marion and Artie Joslin, a sister, Mrs. Pearl Kelley, and a host of friends to mourn his departure. He had been a member of the Baptist Church for six years and his life of Christian fellowship and devotion to his loved ones and many friends is well known. His body was laid to rest in the Pineville Cemetery by members of Pineville Lodge No. 504 I.O.O.F. The sympathy and respect of all the people was beautifully shown by the large attendance and beautiful profusion of flowers laid to rest with his body and upon the grave.
