U.S. Veteran Troyce Gene Norris, age 63 of Fayetteville, AR died Saturday April 17, 2010 in Fayetteville. He was born the fourth child of Eden Louis Norris Sr. and Lucille Bertha Lumbert Norris on October 27, 1946.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam offensive stationed on a minesweeper. He worked for AmTram in Los Angeles, California before retiring to Franklin County, Arkansas where he worked as a carpenter until his health failed.
He is survived by two brothers Eden Norris and his wife Donna of Franklin county, Arkansas, Paul William Norris and his wife Barbara of Marin county, California, two sisters Mary Elizabeth Hutto and her husband Bill of Faulkner county, AR; Joyce Ann Norris Allen of Woodruff county, AR; also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside service was 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Cabool City Cemetery in Cabool, Missouri under the direction of Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
