Mrs. Barbara Scheer, 70, of Cabool, Missouri, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2008, at her home.
She was born on January 4, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan.
Barbara and her husband, Kenneth, and youngest son, Kenny, moved to Cabool from Bakersfield, California, in 1992 when they retired. She enjoyed attending auctions, going to antique shops and the shows in Branson. She spent a lot of time taking care of her property; especially her lawn.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth, and a son, Larry.
She is survived by her sons, Kenny and Gary; her daughters, Cheri and Kena; and four grandchildren, Jason, Sandi, Tanna and Steven.
She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Graveside services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 8, 2008, at Cabool Cemetery with Revs. Bill Rice and Art Ellsworth officiating and under the direction of Elliott-Gentry-Carder Funeral Home of Cabool.
