SELIGMAN, Mo. — Bill Gundel, 66, of Seligman died Oct. 21, 2006, at his home. He was born July 12, 1940, at Jacket, Mo., to Frederick Edward and Ada May Duncan Gundel.
He was a lifetime resident of the area and was a dairy farmer for 37 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Pea Ridge and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Sara Henbest Gundel, to whom he was married Sept. 6, 1960; one son, Joe Gundel and wife Sondra of Seligman; one daughter, Cheryl Williams and husband Mark of Bentonville; one brother, Bob Gundel of Washburn, Mo.; five sisters, Bonnie Slane of Fremont, Ohio, Joy Cargile and Margie Banks, both of Pineville, Sue Dalton of Washburn, Sharon Weiser of Pea Ridge; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Pea Ridge Church of Christ with Malcolm Scott and Jack Garner officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery near Pea Ridge.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. today at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
