Mrs. Polly Ann Lyon, 95, a sister of Judge C. R. Fowler of Edina and a native Knox County woman, died Saturday at a hospital in Garden City, Kan.

Funeral services were held at 4:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at Scott City, Kan., and the body was shipped to the Summers & Powell Funeral Home at Kirksville, where brief services were held at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning, conducted by the Rev. Fred P. Hanes, pastor of the Kirksville Methodist Church. Interment was made in Llewellyn Cemetery at Kirksville beside her husband, who died Dec. 19, 1908, at Pueblo, Colo.

Mrs. Lyon was born in Edina, Mo., June 25, 1852. She was married to Stephen Lyon on Feb. 4, 1872. Two daughters were born to this marriage, both of whom survive, Mrs. Minnie L. Eckert of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Isaiah Marshall of Scott City, Kan. There is also a granddaughter, Virginia Lee Marshall, of Scott City, Kan., surviving, besides the aged brother, Judge Fowler, of Edina.

Mrs. Lyon had made her home for the last three years with her daughter, Mrs. Marshall, at Scott City.
