Departed this life Nov. 27th, 1888, Mrs. Pauline Burris after an illness of ten days. She was born in Boone county, Ky., in 1820, and was married to Robert Burris in 1844, whose death preceeded hers December 10th 1886. Her last words were: "Farewell, I'll soon be gone."
There is a glorious mansion
A happy home above
Beyond the starry regions
Built by the God we love,
An everlasting temple
Where saints arrayed in white
Adore their great Redeamer [sic]
And dwell with him in light.
