Boyd Imbler Dies In California

Boyd Imbler, 55, former Kirksville resident and son of Martha Imbler, 407 East Scott Street, died Saturday night at 10 o'clock in San Diego, Calif. He had been in declining health for a year due to general debilities.

His mother had not received announcement of the funeral plans yet this afternoon.

Mr. Imbler was born in 1882, a son of William and Martha Imbler. He served in the United States army for twenty-two years, but recently had been living in retirement in California, engaging only in horticultural work on his home tract. He was married seven years ago.

Surviving besides his mother are his wife and two sisters, Mrs. Data Cashman, who lives in South Dakota, and Mrs. Georgia Englehart.
