PEARL FIGGE DIES; FUNERAL WILL BE FRIDAY
Had Been Patient In Hospital Here For Two Days
Mrs. Roy (Pearl Perry) Figge of 1506 S. Osteopathy died in a Kirksville hospital Tuesday night at 9:04. She had been a patient two days.
Funeral services will be held in the Dee Riley Funeral Home Friday afternoon at 1:30 with the Rev. Archie Cooper of Kirksville officiating. Burial will be in Forest cemetery.
The daughter of Charles W. and Lizzie Belle (Brown) Perry, she was born on Nov. 9, 1895 in Cincinnati, Ia. She was married to Roy E. Figge on September 1, 1923 in Downing.
Surviving are one son, Air Force M/Sgt. T.C. Struth, Ret., of Bossier City, La., by a former marriage; four sisters, Mrs. Arnold (Myrtle) Griffith of Reeds Springs; Mrs. George (Eva) Davis of Kirksville, Mrs. Robert (Leilah) Allen of Kirksville and Mrs. Fred (Maine) King of Independence; four brothers, P.O. Perry of Kirksville; M.V. Perry of Chicago, T.L. Perry of Carpenterville, Ill., and O.D. Perry of Kirksville; one aunt, Laura Bretz of Novinger; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
Mrs. Figge had lived most of her life in Schuyler and Adair counties. She was a member of the Christian church in Leavenworth, Kan., and was a charter member of the Women of the Moose in Kirksville.
