Funeral services for Roy Dale Weeks, 63, West Plains, Mo., were held Sunday, May 4, 2008, in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Mr. Weeks died 6:40 a.m., Friday, May 2, 2008, in Ozarks Medical Center. He was born Oct. 29, 1944, near West Plains, Mo., to Roy Benjamin and Helen Amelia Mitts Weeks. For more than 30 years, Mr. Weeks was employed in the sanding department at Amyx Manufacturing and for the last several years, was a farmer. He liked to fish, hunt and go to auctions and yard sales. Mr. Weeks attended the Union Grove Church. He is survived by his mother, Helen Weeks, of the family home; one aunt, Vivian Lovan of West Plains; several cousins; and lots of friends. His father, grandparents and several aunts and uncles precede him in death. Burial was held at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery. [robertsondrago.com]
