Funeral services for Toni Joan Barnes, 69, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 2, 2016, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Barnes passed away at 11:05 a.m., Friday, February 26, 2016, at Cox South, Springfield, Missouri.
She was born November 28, 1946, at Holcomb, Missouri, to Harry Lee Brannan and Eva Provance Brannan. On September 17, 1966, she was married at Qulin, Missouri, to Kenneth “Wayne” Barnes. Before her retirement she worked at Poplar Bluff Federal Credit Union. She enjoyed spending time outdoors enjoying nature and reading westerns. Mrs. Barnes was of the Pentecostal faith and was a member of Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Barnes, of the family home; three children, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Barnes, St. Robert, Missouri, Ronald Barnes, Cadet, Missouri and Matthew Barnes, Willow Springs, Missouri; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Her parents precede her in death.
Visitation service will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle Mission Fund and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
