Funeral services were held for George W. Wallace, 62, at German Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, January 23, 1969. Mr. Truman House officiated.
Burial was at Mount Zion Cemetery with German Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Wallace was born September 20, 1906 and died January 21, 1969, at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital in Hayti.
Pallbearers were Gardner Norrid, Jim Norrid, Troy Tuberville, Everette Crocker, Ed Henley and William Biggs.
He leaves his wife, Edna Rinks Wallace, Holland; one step-son, Paul Mays, Steele; one sister, Mrs. Mable Groves, Holland; and one brother, Jess Wallace, Steele.
