Son of William Jason and Artie White Beaver
George was killed near Beaufort France and was buried just North of Nouart France for some time before being shipped here. Dick Humphrey of Racine and Ed Graham of Spurgeon, two Newton County boy's that were comrades of George in Co., B, 356 Inf., met with Bud and Artie May 5th 1919 or 20 and narrated the facts concerning their sons death.
George died in Argonne Forest during W. W. I
