Brandi Aleene Tangora, age 24, of Ozark, died Sunday, August 18, 2007. She was born December 25, 1982, in Springfield, Mo., the daughter of Bruce and Debbie (McClure) Tangora. Brandi had been a competitive cheerleader for three years. She had reached the 8th level in gymnastics and had a God-given athletic talent. Brandi adored pets. She loved her dog, Lalah. Brandi was a Christian. She had a big heart and loved everybody she knew - especially her brother and nephew. Brandi will be missed more than words can say. Survivors include her parents, of Nixa; her brother, Brandon and wife, Michelle, Republic; her nephew, Brayton, Republic; grandparents, Ron and Phyllis McClure, Crane; an aunt, Linda Generous, Florida; and numerous other family members. She was preceded in death by grandparents Nick and Wanda Tangora. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 23 in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Greg Bolles officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. The family requests that no flowers be sent. Please send donations in Brandi's memory to any Humane Society.
