Mr. Boice Frazier was born to the late Clara Covington Frazier and Joe Frazier on February 6, 1949, in New Albany, Miss., and died Monday, May 26. 2014, in Springfield, Mo., at the age of 65 years, three months and 20 days. He was a longtime resident of the Steele-Holland area and attended local schools. He was employed in automobile body repair service. Boice was united in marriage to Betty Louise Hicks on November 14, 1981, at Holland Baptist Church, where both were members.
In addition to his parents, Boice was preceded in death by his wife Betty Louise Hicks Frazier; Three sisters, Irene Miller, Kelly Langston and Elaine Frazier; and Five brothers, Bobby Frazier, Sam Frazier, Alton Frazier, John Frazier and his twin brother Loice Frazier.
He leaves behind two sisters Betty Henley and her husband, Leon, of Steele and Linda Lopez of Brownsville, Tenn.; Two brothers, Travis Frazier and his wife, Kindra, of Lead Hill, Ark., and Billy Frazier of Steele; and A host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Services were held Thursday, May 29, 2014, at the John W German Funeral Home Chapel in Steele with Bro. John Dunavant officiating. Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele with Brian Poplin, Eddie Poplin, Brian Waldrop, Winford Moreland, Michael Frazier, Edward Henley and CJ Atkins serving as pallbearers.
John W. German Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Betty Louise Frazier, 63, of Holland, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012 at her home.
Born Jan. 2, 1949 in Blytheville, Ark., she is the daughter of Frances Hicks and the late George C. Hicks.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Dennis Keith Hicks and a niece, Amy Susan Hicks.
Betty was united in marriage to Boyce Frazier on Nov. 14, 1981 in Holland.
She was a loving wife, daughter, sister and aunt. She was a member of the Holland Baptist Church.
She was in charge of the prayer chain at her church and loved attending services as long as her health allowed.
She enjoyed watching television, talking to family and friends on the telephone and visiting with her family and friends at her home.
Her nice, Tammy, loved staying with her Aunt Betty and Uncle Boyce. She will be greatly missed by many.
Mrs. Frazier leaves her husband, Boyce Frazier, of the home; Her mother, Frances Hicks, of Holland; Her brother, George A. Hicks and his wife Marilyn, of South Haven, Miss.; Two nephews: Kirk Hicks and his wife Gertrude of Jonesboro, Ark. and Craig Hicks of South Haven, Miss.; Three great-nephews: Zachary Robertson, Aidan Hicks and Cooper Hicks; Special cousin, Barbara Henson, of Mt. Home, Ark.; Two brothers-in-law: Travis Frazier and Billy Frazier; Two sisters-in-law: Betty Henley and Linda Lopez; and A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Frazier were held at 12 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 8, at the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Steele with Brother John Dunavant officiating.
Burial was at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele.
Pallbearers were Charles Leathers, Brian Poplin, Eddie Poplin, Edward Henley, Drew Green and Mike Mayo.
