Austin Monroe Cooper of Tyler, died Sunday night at the family home. He was 40.
Mr. Cooper was born in Cochran, Ga., and came to Southeast Missouri in 1931.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ona Belle Cooper; two sons: Monroe and Madison, Tyler; two daughters: Mackie Nell and Barbara Fay, all of Tyler two brothers, James Cooper of Macon, Ga., and Frank Cooper of Cochran, Ga., and one sister, Miss Christine Cooper, also of Cochran.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Cooter by Rev. Jasper Patterson with burial in Mount Zion Cemetery.
