Graveside services for Steven Joe Harris, 52, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Harris passed away at 12:40 a.m., Thursday, October 27, 2016 at his home.
Steve was born May 6, 1964, at Newport, Arkansas. He was the son of Lowell Bart Harris and Jane Lois Hubbard Harris. He was married on September 24, 2016, at West Plains, Missouri, to Lisa Nevills. Steve was a load supervisor at Coca-Cola Bottling Company. He worked at other jobs, his first job was with Coca-Cola, then he went on to West Plains Vet Supply, Heartland Trucking, Yellow Trucking and he eventually went back to the job he really enjoyed at Coca-Cola. He enjoyed playing golf. Mr. Harris was a Christian.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Harris, of the family home; one son, Dunde Harris, Houston, Texas; one sister, Cindy Cole and husband, Steve, Caulfield, Missouri; nieces, Shylah, Kaylah and Whitney Cole; great-nephew, Jase Cole; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and special friends, Don and Louise Lockman and Gary and Shelly Collins.
His parents and grandparents precede him in death.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Melanoma Foundation or Fair Haven Children’s Home and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. www.robertsondrago.com.
