Mark Brandon Bond, 21, of Blytheville, Ark., died Saturday, April 5, 2003 in Pemiscot County, Mo.
Born in Memphis, Tenn, he was the son of Gabby Bond and Cindy Bond. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: O.D. and Opal Bond. He was employed by Robinson Brothers farm in Cooter, Mo., and a member of the First Baptist Church in Blytheville. He attended Mississippi County Community College, the University of Arkansas, and Arkansas State University. Mark leaves his parents: Gabby and Cindy Bond, of Blytheville; one sister, Dr. Heather Bond, of Savannah, Ga.; his grandparents: Jimmy and Ruby Hodge, of Gosnell, Ark'; two uncles: Jim Hodge and his wife Cynthia of Caruthersville, Mo., and David Bond and his wife Teresia of Cooter; one aunt, Sandra Curtwright and her husband Dennis of Newport, Ark'; and his fiance Brooke Sudbury, of Blytheville.
Funeral services for Mark were held at 3:30 p.m. Monday, April 7, 2003 at the First Baptist Church sanctuary in Blytheville with Rev. Max Briley officiating. Burial was at the Mount Zion Cemetery in Steele, Mo., with Cobb Funeral Home of Blytheville in charge.
