Services were held Saturday, May 10, 1986 at 2:00 p.m. for Jimmy George. He was the son of the late Frank George and Amy Mae Volner George. Born September 13, 1937 at Steele, he died May 8, 1986 at Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 48. He was married to Wynema Lynn at Caruthersville on March 19, 1959.
He leaves his wife: Wynema Lynn George; one son: Jerry Ray George; one daughter: Regina Kay Watkins; his mother: Amy George; two brothers: Jackie George and Bobby George; one grandchild: Angela Gray, all of Steele.
Services were from German-Aumon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Doyle officiating.
Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Steele, with German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
