A.B. Fennell, 73, of Wardell, Mo., died Sunday, December 29, 2002, at the Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis, Tenn.
Born November 19, 1929, in Gates, Tenn., he was the son of the late Jim Fennell and Ella Ray Fennell.
He was a ginner for L. Berry Gin Company in Holland for many years.
Mr. Fennell leaves three sons; Jimmy Fennell of Cooter, Mo., David Fennell of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Allen Fennell of Oklahoma City, Okla.; Three daughters: Vicky King of Clinton, Ark., Nancy Fennell of Wash., and Debbie Fennell of Cooter; Sixteen grandchildren; Nineteen great-grandchildren; and A very special friend, Kitty Funderburk.
Funeral services for Mr. Fennell were held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 1, 2003, at the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Steele, Mo., with Bro. Ken Davis officiating.
Burial was at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele with John W. German Funeral Home of Steele in charge.
Pallbearers were Eddie Self, B.J. May, Bobby Mays, Greg Wright, Kevin Wright, and Randy German.
