Funeral services for Ed Herman were conducted Tuesday, November 4, 1975 in the chapel of the German-Aumon Funeral Home. Father Lawrence Maus officiated.
Herman was born March 31, 1925 at South Bend, Ind., and died November 1, 1975, at the VA Hospital in Poplar Bluff.
He leaves his widow, Frankie Herman; two daughters: Diana Anderson, Boston, and Carol Lonpack, Blue Island, Ill.; two sons: Don Herman, Wilmington, Del., and Michael Herman, stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army; three sisters: Estelle Predovich and Mary Jo Ciula, both of South Bend; and Christene Birkenhauer of Wilmington; three brothers: Elbert Herman, Niles, Mich.; John Herman, South Bend, Ind.; and Stanley Herman, Edwardsburg, Mich.; and four grandchildren.
Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetry at Steele with the German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
