Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 27, 1977 at the German-Aumon Funeral Home chapel for Thomas Lee Howard. Rev. James Rye of the Memphis Church of Christ officiated at the service.

Mr. Howard was born in Pemiscot County, September 22, 1942 and died September 25, 1977 as a result of an automobile accident. He was a resident of Byhalia, Miss., and was supervisor of the Midwest Plant in Memphis.

He leaves his wife, Sue Nell Spencer Howard; his father, James Howard; two sons: Rodney and Michael Howard of the home; and one brother, Eugene Howard, of Memphis.

Mr. Howard was raised by his aunt and uncle, Mrs. Dottie Mae Roberts and Clint Bond, after the death of his mother, Mrs. Thelma Grace Bond Howard.

Pallbearers were Bill Lynn, Roger Lacer, William Barger, Don Moore, Steve Hitchens and Murrell Clark. Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery with German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
