Funeral service for Brenda Gale Wadley was held Friday, February 6, at the German-Aumon Funeral Home Chapel in Steele. Rev. Jerry Williams officiated. Janie Gist was organist.
She was born July 26, 1957 in Kennett, Mo. and died February 4, 1981 in the Dunklin Memorial Hospital at Kennett after a long illness. She was 23.
She leaves one son, Donald Lynn of Kennett; Her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Blocker of Kennett; Her father, Arthur Wadley of Steele; Her step-father, Roy Blocker of Kennett; One sister, Geneva Liscomb of Memphis, Tenn.
Pallbearers were Billy Williams, Gary Sanders, L.J. Ledbetter, Jack Fortner, Leroy Wiseman, and Dennis Rash.
Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery at Steele with the German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
