Cassville Democrat, November 10, 1917 - Mrs. Pinckney Woods, a former highly respected citizen died at Okmulgee, Okla., Wednesday. The remains were brought to Exeter Thursday night and interred near Rocky Comfort. Mrs. Woods remains were accompanied by her daughter, Mrs. Joshua Montgomery. Mrs. Woods was the mother of Mesdames Hugh Phillips, Keller, Robert and Joshua Montgomery. She was a sister of the late Dr. Marcus David Lafayette McCall and was an aunt of Mrs. S. P. Rosenberry of Exeter. During her residence here she was one of this sections most highly respected citizens.
