Fraker Funeral Home
Marshfield, Missouri
Roy Jack Brown, 77, of Conway, Missouri passed away peacefully on June 27, 2017.
Jack was born in the back of a gas station on May 25, 1940, and it could be said that he had an appreciation for hot rods from day one. Throughout his life, Jack built, sold, and traded dozens of beautiful (and some not so beautiful) vehicles. He loved attending car shows and cruise nights. Jack built several life-long friendships over the common bond of a beautiful car.
Jack is survived by his wife of 36 years, 4 children, six grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 3 brothers, several nieces and nephews, father-in-law and sister-in-law. He is predeceased by his parents, Roy and Belle Brown, and his mother-in-law, Mary Strickland.
Visitation will take place on June 30, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Fraker Funeral Home in Marshfield, Missouri. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 1, 2017, at Marshfield Cemetery in Marshfield, Missouri. To honor Jack’s lifelong passion for vehicles, the family requests that those in attendance, and who are able to do so, drive their hot rod and wear a car themed shirt.
