Robert W. Winn of Denton passed away at his home last Thursday, July 29th, at 4 p.m.
Mr. Winn was 69 years, 4 months and 16 days old and was engaged in farming at the time of death. He was born on March 13, 1887 and spent his entire life in and around this community.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 31, at 10 a.m., in the German Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Howard Hamrick officiating.
Interment was at the Mt. Zion Cemetery and German Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Lavell Bray, Bynum Hester, M.H. Farris, Earl Cowell, Newt Green and Vacel Staler.
Surviving Mr. Winn are his wife, Bertie Winn, one daughter, Mrs. Gerald Hudson of Flat River, two brothers, Oscar Winn of LaCenter, Ky., George Winn of Paducah, Ky., two grandsons and one great grandson.

Robert W. Winn passed away July 26 at his home in Denton at the age of 67 years and 5 months. Funeral services were held at the German Funeral Home chapel at ten o'clock Saturday morning with the Rev. Hamrick officiating.
He leaves his wife, Bertie Winn, one daughter, Helen Hudson, of Flat River, four grandchildren, two brothers and a number of friends.
Burial was in Mt. Zion cemetery.
