William “Billy” Cole, 51, of Willow Springs, Missouri passed away on December 23, 2016 at his home in Willow Springs, Missouri. He was born January 24, 1965 in Saint Louis, Missouri, the son of William O. Cole and Della L. (Geisler) Cole.
Billy was employed with Midwest Walnut in Willow Springs, as a pattern layer, where he had worked for thirty years. He also was an avid outdoorsman. He loved his family and loved reading the Bible.
Billy is survived by three sisters, Anita Ellis, of Willow Springs, Missouri, Joyce Anderson and husband Allen, of O’Fallon, Missouri, and Norma Roberts and husband Calvin, of Troy Missouri; one brother, Robert Mennicke and wife Amy of Willow Springs, Missouri.
Also surviving are six uncles, Richard Geisler and wife Roberta of Houston, Missouri, Jerry Geisler and wife Helen, of Castle Rock, Colorado, Marvin Geisler and wife Betty of Charleston, North Carolina, Melvin Geisler, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Clyde McCormick, of Kansas City, Missouri, and Joe McCormick, of Columbia, Tennessee.
Billy is also leaving behind three children he dearly loved as his very own, Devi Bendon, Aislynn Bendon and Laxton Cole; also three nephews, three nieces, one great nephew and several cousins.
Preceding him in death are his parents, William and Della Cole; step-mother, Rita Cole; his parental and maternal grandparents; uncle, Robert McCormick and aunt, Opal Geisler.
Billy’s family and friends considered him as someone very easy to talk to. He was non-judgmental, was a very good hearted person, and was always helping others. Billy will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Cabool Cemetery, Cabool, Missouri, with visitation from 6-8 pm Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Yarber Chapel, Willow Springs, MO. [yarbermortuary.com]
