HOLLAND MAN KILLED BY FRISCO TRAIN
Funeral services were held at the German Funeral Home in Steele Monday for J.H. Richardson, of Holland, who was killed at 12:35 a.m. Sunday when he was struck by a Frisco freight train at Holland. Mr. Richardson's body was found by train crewmen soon after he had been hit.
The Rev. Jasper Patterson conducted the funeral service and burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery at Steele.
Mr. Richardson was born in Pemiscot county and had lived in and around Holland all of his life. He was 31 years old.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Maggie Richardson, a brother, Jeff Richardson; and a sister, Mrs. Mamie Jones, all of Holland.
