Son of Herman & Florence (Hicks) Cutbirth
Cardin, Okla. - Edward Cutbirth, 19 years old, of Crane, MO., died Friday in Aurora Community hospital in Aurora, MO.
A former resident of Cardin, he attended Picher-Cardin schools before moving to Crane with his parents three years ago.
Surviving are his parents, Mr and Mrs Herman Cutbirth, route 2; five brothers, Cecil Cutbirth, stationed with the Army at Fort Hood, Tex., and Herman Lee, Ronnie, Terry and Louis Cutbirth, all of the home; five sisters Mrs. Glenda Kay Jones, Wichita, Kan., and Reba, Phyllis, Mary Jane and Kathy Cutbirth, all of the home; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Hershel Hicks, Galena, Mo., and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Cutbirth of Crane.
Services were Sunday afternoon in Hurley school at Hurley, Mo., with burial there.
