MISSOURI S2 US NAVY WORLD WAR 11
Elzo Stow, born September 18, 1925 in Cooter, Mo., died April 20, 1971, in the Veterans' Hospital in Poplar Bluff.
Services for Mr. Stow were held in the chapel of German Funeral Home, Friday, April 23, with the Rev. James F. McCrary officiating.
Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery, German Funeral Home of 122 E. Main Street, in charge of arrangements.
Pall bearers were Jack Fortner, Clyde Fortner, Howard McCollum, Hoyt Martin, Troy Googe, and Harold Cooperman.
He leaves his wife Mrs. Helen Stow, his mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Stow of Steele, a sister, Mrs. James L. Story of Steele and a brother, Harvey Stow of Steele.
