TSGT US AIR FORCE WORLD WAR II
Full military honors will be conducted for Mr. Charles E. West by the Blytheville Air Force Base at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 25, 1983 in the Chapel of John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti. Interment will take place at the No. 8 Cemetery in Cooter.
Mr. West was born in Hayti on July 15, 1919 and passed away at his home on November 21, 1983 in Hayti at the age of 64 years, 4 months and 6 days.
He had served over 20 years in the United States Air Force.
Mr. West was the son of the late Daniel and Mattie Lou Howell West.
He leaves the following to survive: one daughter, Connie West Dalton of Kanub, Utah; six grandchildren: five sisters, Lillian Coker of Hayti, Bertha Wood, Sarah Eagle and Dorothy Kirby, all of Buffalo, Missouri and Zora Palmer of Gassville, Arkansas.
